Bone strength evaluation software "MECHANICAL FINDER"

Applying structural analysis using the finite element method! Software for evaluating bone strength.

"MECHANICAL FINDER" is software for bone strength evaluation using the finite element method. It allows for the extraction of bone shapes from CT scans, enabling the creation of models that reflect the individual bone shapes and bone densities of patients. Additionally, it offers various analysis functions such as creating models with virtually cut bones for implant insertion, contact analysis, material nonlinearity analysis, large deformation analysis, and dynamic analysis. From DICOM input to mesh generation, condition setting, analysis, and result display, everything is completed in one package. 【Features】 ■ Capable of creating models from CT data ■ Capable of creating models with inserted implants ■ Various analysis functions ■ Reliable support as it is a self-developed product ■ Capable of creating models that reflect heterogeneous densities based on CT values *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Reliability Workbench

Functional safety, fully compliant with ISO 26262. We can assist with everything from failure rate calculations to failure mode and effects analysis.

Reliability Workbench (RWB) is software designed to support the evaluation of reliability, safety, and availability based on reliability engineering, and it consists of the following modules: ■ Example Modules - Prediction: Reliability/Failure Rate Prediction Module - FMECA: Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis - Reliability Block Diagram (RBD): Reliability Block Diagram Analysis - Fault Tree: Fault Tree Analysis - Reliability Growth: Reliability Growth Model - Reliability Allocation: Reliability Allocation - Safety Assessment: Safety Assessment (HARA) - Parts Library: Failure Rate Library RWB has been adopted by many companies both domestically and internationally as a tool for evaluating the reliability and safety of equipment required by functional safety standards such as IEC61508 and ISO26262. The main industries where RWB has been implemented are as follows: - Automotive - Railways - Aerospace - Plants - Industrial Equipment
